Canada has these political movements that crop up arround personalitlies. Parties rise out of the mist. I tried to read some Canadian press covering their recent budget legislation and I felt like I was watching cricket. I didn't know the rules and everything was happening in a parallel universe with the same language but different culture. Alberta is like Texas of the north. Yehaa!
